Twycross Zoo is looking for an exceptional Finance Director to join our Senior Leadership Team at a pivotal stage in our journey.

Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the Board of Trustees, this is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future direction of a well-established conservation and education charity with ambitious plans for growth, impact and long-term sustainability.

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Animal Keeper - Apes to join our team, supporting the delivery of exceptional standards of animal welfare, husbandry, safety and presentation within one of our zoo sections.

The post-holder will play a key role in maintaining best practice husbandry, monitoring animal wellbeing and supporting cross-departmental working as part of a dynamic and dedicated team.

The key purpose of this role is to lead and develop veterinary services across the zoo, ensuring the highest standards of animal health, welfare, and preventative medicine. 

The role plays a key leadership position within the wider animal and conservation teams, contributing to strategic planning, cross-departmental collaboration, and the delivery of Twycross Zoo’s conservation and animal welfare objectives.
