The Gruffalo Discovery Land will be closed from Tuesday 7 May, for 18 days. Reopening to the public on Saturday 25 May 2024.

We have been listening to visitor feedback, and noticed ourselves, that some of the areas do not meet our high standards.

Closing the area for a short period of time means that we can carry out essential refurbishments, which will improve your experience.

Whilst the area is closed, our team will be working hard to complete essential refurbishments, that will address the wear and tear, and also improve the experience at The Gruffalo Discovery Land.

Alongside these necessary repairs, we’re excited to introduce new interactive activity areas, designed with you in mind – offering a more engaging experience.

Yes, absolutely. If you wish to change the date of your visit, please email information@twycrosszoo.org with your booking confirmation number and the date you wish to visit us and we will rearrange your booking for you. If you are a returning Annual Ticket holder, you can simply rebook a new date through the Visitor Portal.
